From analysing leak costs to investigating high voltage electrical anomolies (arcing, tracking and corona discharge), we conduct in-depth ultrasonics using the most sophisticated up-to-date equipment and post processing software, specifically designed to: avoid production stoppages, increase reliability, prevent unplanned downtime and eliminate secondary damage.

Data is collected and analysed by the same analyst who compiles the reports which are available in both electronic (Email or CD-ROM) and hardcopy formats. Additional complimentary technologies are provided on request including: thermography for confirming electrical and steam trap problems and vibration analysis to determine bearing wear.

All surveys are conducted on a standard daily rate, inclusive of travelling and mileage to and from site.
