From basic machine condition monitoring techniques to complex resonance and criticality assessments, we provide in-depth vibration analysis, specifically designed to: avoid production stoppages, increase reliability, prevent unplanned downtime and eliminate secondary damage.

Initial consultation is conducted free of charge (including programming software; normally a time consuming and costly part of the service). Using the most sophisticated up-to-date equipment, data is collected and analysed by the same analyst who compiles the reports which are available in both electronic (Email or CD-ROM) and hardcopy formats. Additional complimentary technologies are provided on request including: in-situ balancing and alignment; motor current analysis; training courses and a variety of permanent monitoring systems.

All surveys are conducted on a standard daily rate, inclusive of travelling and mileage to and from site.
